These earrings are unique works of art.

Our paper beads are made by Teopista Akware and Doreen Ayamo.  Your earrings will come with a picture of the woman who made it and some information about her.

Each glossy bead is hand-rolled from a long wedge of magazine page.  No two beads are the same!  The beads are shellacked and waterproof.  They are very light weight

If you look closely at the picture, you may be able to see the layers of paper on the beads and perhaps even bits of letters from the page.
