Our paper beads are made by Teopista Akware and Doreen Ayamo.  Your necklace will come with a picture of the woman who made it and some information about her.

Each glossy bead is hand-rolled from a long wedge of magazine page.  No two beads are the same!  This distinctive 50 inch necklace can be worn as a single strand or doubled.  The beads are shellacked and waterproof.
